3. Vehicle Access: Customers are responsible for providing access to the vehicle at the agreed-upon location and time. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

4. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services via BACs. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Damage Liability: While utmost care will be taken, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or issues with the vehicle. Customers are encouraged to inform us of any concerns before the service begins.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please notify us within a reasonable time frame, and we will work toward a resolution.

7. Health and Safety: Customers are responsible for informing us of any health or safety hazards related to the vehicle. Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

8. Changes to Services: We reserve the right to make changes to our services, prices, or terms and conditions with reasonable notice.

9. Privacy Policy: Customer information will be treated with confidentiality and used solely for service-related purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties.
